Your coffee can give you a quick sweet fix without the calories if you watch what you put in your coffee. Never use artificial sweeteners in your coffee, use real sugar instead and also use unsweetened almond or Soya milk instead of regular milk. If you need to curb a sweet craving and boost your metabolism at the same time try some Matcha green tea.

actors, actresses, models, and singers are rich enough to afford
personal chefs, personal trainers and fitness professionals to help
them to keep in shape with exercise and diet routines.
There are quite a few celebrities who eat organically grown
foods including Daryl Hannah.
Celebrity-endorsed and fad diets often attract fans to eat
likewise. These diets gain popularity because of the celebrities
that endorse them. Diets like the 5 Factor Diet used by Jessica
Simpson, Eva Mendes, Kayne West, Alicia Keyes and John Mayer. The
Atkins Diet claims you can diet without going hungry and is
followed by Britney Spears whenever she needs to lose weight
quickly. Kirstie Alley and Valerie Bertinelli are two actresses
promoting the Jenny Craig Diet. Suzanne Somers' Get Skinny on
Fabulous Food is another obviously celebrity endorsed diet. Perhaps
the most popular Celebrity endorsed diet is the Zone Diet because
Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt, Cindy Crawford, Demi Moore, Kristin
Davis, and Sandra Bullock have all used the diet at one time or
another. The diet is easy to follow.
Just like non-celebrities, those who are celebrities can change
diets depending on lifestyle changes, or career demands. Some
celebrities choose to watch portions and try to eat healthy instead
of following a particular diet.
