What Is Different About Celebrity Diets from
Normal People Diets?
There are quite a few movie stars who
follow the Zone Diet including Jennifer Aniston, Renee Zellweger,

Jennifer Garner. The Zone Diet is Dr. Barry Sears's diet and is one
of the more popular diets used by film stars.
Celebrities lead very different lives from common everyday Janes
and Joes, so why should that be any different when it comes to
dieting. What is different when it comes to dieting for
celebrities? They usually have personal trainers and the normal
everyday person does not. They also have personal cooks and
personal fitness trainers to assist them to stay on the diet or to
keep to training or exercise schedules that can help to lose weight
or stay in shape. Another thing celebrities have that us normal
folk do not is that often the celebrity has a multi-million dollar
reputation to protect which is excellent incentive that other
individuals who are not celebrities do not have.

Sports players eat foods that help them to achieve maximum
performance like carbohydrates for fuel. Eating lots of
carbohydrate-rich foods will encourage the storage of glycogen.
Base meals should revolve around carbohydrate foods such as
potatoes, pasta, rice or bread. Sports players should eat smaller
portions of fat-rich foods such as meat, pies, and cheese and fill
up on extra potatoes and bread. Sports players also drink fruit
juice with their meals and save milk for bedtime. At snack times
they eat fresh or dried fruit. Dehydration is a problem for
athletes so drinking water to prevent fluid loss is important and
part of any diet for those participating in sports.
