Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night
Drink a minimum of eight – 8 oz. Glasses of water each day preferably one before each meal
Be physically active every day
Eat a balanced, healthy meals that include whole grains, vegetables, fruits, lean meats and dairy. Consume a minimum of 1200 calories each
